Hi Eoin, We’re sorry to see you’ve left a 1-star review, especially as we’re not sure what went wrong from your perspective. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to understand the issue properly. Looking at your order, you purchased 3 tickets across 3 different competitions. One of those competitions - the Sealey Tool Kit was drawn live on Thursday 14th, and unfortunately you weren’t the winner on that occasion. The other 2 competitions haven’t been drawn yet, so you’re still in with a chance of winning those. I can also see that you’re not subscribed to our email or SMS marketing, so you wouldn’t have received our results email. However, the draw was streamed live, with results posted immediately afterwards on our social media pages and on the Results section of our website. All draw details are also included in your order confirmation email and listed on each competition page. If there’s a specific issue or concern, please let us know - we’d be happy to help!
