They are streamed in real time on Facebook and YouTube. To watch, simply visit our page at the scheduled draw time, which is detailed in your order confirmation email and on the competition page. Additionally, if you’ve opted into SMS marketing, we send a reminder with direct links to the stream. It seems you may have joined the stream partway through. During the broadcast, we begin with the presenter on-screen and then switch to a screen share for the actual number draw. Watching from the start provides the full experience. Regarding subtitles, they are auto-generated by Facebook, but you can disable them by clicking the settings icon during the stream. Lastly, we read viewer comments (which are shown on the screen too) and call the winners live to confirm that everything is conducted in real time. I hope this clears up any confusion!
