Not great. The upgrade options are not very good and cost more than they should - better deals to be found out there people... Shop around!!!

Since switching [plans/providers/devices], most of my incoming calls are going straight to voicemail, despite having full network coverage. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

i upgraded my sim so did not need a delivery but everything was up and running in less than an hour, so not long to wait for my new plan, very good indeed.
