Disappointed

Every order I have placed with Iceland either something is missing or I just don't get the items and still been charged. I shop at Iceland as I am disabled and unable to get to the shop.

The only criticism I have is that sometimes when doing the order on my tablet I can't always get the page to respond. But other than this the site is easy to use and easy to navigate.

Excellent Service

I ordered online the day before, stated that I wanted the delivery between 10 an d 12 noon, and next day it was there 10.05am. excellent. All fresh food has tidy dates, real excellent.

My delivery was a fraction late, but the driver rang me to apologise he may be a bit late, but the lateness was a couple of minutes. This I would class as not late. When he arrived he apologised...
