Yes everything was so prompt. The only change I would recommend is an email when the results have been uploaded to I-screen. I kept waiting for an email then thought to check through my account and...

Thanks for the feedback! We do send an email notification to let you know when your results are available, but unfortunately sometimes these emails go to spam. The way to avoid this is to add i-screen.com.au to your safe sender list with your email provider.
