Was very helpful,but one of the gift bags was missing,but for that reason I would have given 5*s.To get the inscription I wanted I upgraded to 18mm and they done me a great service.

Despite an error where the chain arrived minus the crucifix, the problem was dealt with and the important thing is the chain and pendant are stunning and my son was very happy with his gift.
