Hello - We have been in contact and happy to hear the order has now arrived albeit two days late.. As we now know the courier seemed to have got the wrong address but then corrected the mistake on their own ,so very sorry this happened but glad it all worked out in the end . I purchased dehumidifier on Thursday night, on Saturday morning it was at my doors. Amazing performance, high capacity of the water tank, quiet operation - so far I am more than satisfied.
