They have corrected their mistake.
The goods arrived the next day.
A day later I received a call regarding the shipment as to whether I had received it.

Very fast delivery and the dehumidifier is great at getting the clothes dry. I wasn't aware at time of purchase that the tube for continuous drainage wasn't included and had to be purchased...
