I ordered a 2 meter piece of basic plastic hose. Ended up having to pay over €16 for it because of the over inflated delivery charge. The hose arrived in torn packaging and was only 1.2 meters long.

Aollogies ! Completely our mistake for getting this order wrong - We have refunded your order in full, including the delivery charge. Unfortunately the shipping charge is fixed with our couriers but it does look bad when compared with a such a low value items. Hope this works out OK
