Service was quick and sufficient .

The lady who helped was very friendly and helpful i understood her well and she was pretty clear about the policy

I was transferred from one call centre to the other before I could get to the right 1 and when i thought help came it took forever and I didnt upgrade no more

If they could help their clients with consolidation loans it was going to be better

because I have not experienced any challenges yet. Yes.

I did not receive what i was promised by the call centre agent. I asked for a letter confirming my policy details for safekeeping. It has not materialized to date.

So far so good but you can not fully trust insurance companies, to them is all about money.
