fast and easy, But could communicated more with regards to issue they experiencing when debiting customers. some months they do not debit hence inconveniencing customers.

There was one month they skipped a debit order and no notification was sent to clients. I had to call and find out and I was told there was a system glitch on their side and I’d get a call or sms in...
