They explained everything well to me and clearly. Please try and contact people on their lunch hour because we work in between and some people are driver, receptionists etc and cant pick up the phone.

They communicated me with very well and advised me accordingly

They did not take time to respond when i join for the first time.

I don’t know if you will ever improve , it’s almost 6 months they fail to forward policy documents yet they continue to deduct.
