After completing the transfer with a female I was called by a male who wanted to go through the procedure again as he may be able to save me more. I refused to go through the drawn out procedure again and he appeared not to be happy with this.

Being tricked into quote.. you have to go thro everything over phone with someone to try and get a quote.. wasting both of our time.. I might save some funds but not the huge amount worth changing...

Sorry don’t wish to deal with your company any further - especially since a cancellation request had already been sent to my existing health fund.. I was told that if I did take out with your company, this would occur, Not it be sent straight away.. lucky my existing fund called to confirm...

Not happy
I spoke with Cooper who informed me that AHM was going to be $106 BUT I was charged $109 which is more expensive th as n my current Health Fund HCF!
