Hi. Thank you for providing feedback. We ask a series of questions that are common across a number of insurers, and they provide a quote based on that information. We try to ask as complete a set of questions as possible but as you will appreciate, all of the insurers or our panel have different underwriting criteria and so some of them ask further questions once we hand you over to their website. Based on those questions, the actual price that the insurer ends up quoting you can be more or less than what is originally shown on our results page. We try to make this clear to our customers by advising them, at the top of that page, that quotes are indicative. Nevertheless, we are sorry that our customer experience did not meet your expectations, and we are always working to try to improve it. We continue to work with the insurers that participate on our car insurance panel to provide us with accurate quotes for our results page.

quoted $152 per month and when money taken out and policy arrived was $163

I was quoted $152 per month which was worth changing but when policy arrived and direct debit taken it was $162.73 very dissapointed and wish I had not bothered to get cheaper ceal

No it did not start before first payment and the policy details sent to me by BUPA were $242.20 - $162.73 after govenment contribution the amount quoted to me by Compare the Market was $152 after government contributions and this is what I accepted and I am not going to pay any more. Also told that as I had existing cover with NIB there would be no waiting periods but on the communication from BUPA all the waiting periods applied as if this was a first time health policy. Am really not happy and would like clarification. They have already taken $162.73 out of my account by direct debit

Easy to compare, got a much better deal then ringing direct. Very happy with my new car insurance deal I even got 24hr roadside assistance cheaper then what I pay now without roadside assistance
