You said you would take care of everything and failed to do so. I have now been charged twice on old health policy when it was stated we would take care of everything.

I requested that some info be emailed to me - that was never completed. Then when I called to cancel I was advised that I would be put on hold so that the rep could call and speak to the insurance...
