Thank you for leaving us a review. We apologise for the issues with your order. The parcel was dispatched using the shipping address entered at checkout, which did not include a house number and contained an incorrect postcode, meaning Royal Mail were unable to complete the delivery and the parcel was returned to us. Please be assured that a full refund has been processed.
