I was very satisfied with Hotpoint from the time of ordering this cooker to the point of delivery and installation. They took care of everything and kept me well informed of the process and timings.

They do NOT install built-in ovens so if you buy from them make sure you know an man who can fit and the cost.

Cooker is faulty. Helpline almost impossible to get through to. 4 week wait for engineer, who will no doubt say it is not Hot points responsibility. As always, once they have your money, they don't...

I have always preferred Hotpoint appliances and have never had any bad experiences with services.
