I am sorry to hear that the instructions specified on your paperwork were not followed. We have lodged a formal complaint with the delivery company and should we have the pleasure of your custom again please draw this to our attention and we will have this detail flagged up. Again our apologies.

Can you please confirm the delivery was only two bags. I am in Doha at the moment and omitted to mention that I haven't checked the trees. The v lazy driver must have rolled the items out van. I'm surprised they weren't nicked. A

Great company to deal with.

Excellent service and communications as always. Uber rapid delivery. Bare roots still a little dry on unpacking. Suggest wrapping in moisture retentive product would make the experience perfect.
