I am hoping your comments relate to your previous pallet delivery which we have discussed ( I passed your concerns on) and that this order for the above number has been successfully delivered as arranged by a different haulier. If any plants delivered recently in parcels have been damaged or any from the previous order are giving you concern do please contact me and i will do my very best to resolve the issue.
