Good Morning

I am sorry you did not receive your plants as soon as we would have liked but weather plays such a large part of our despatching occasionally if we cannot lift orders can be delayed to ensure plants are lifted in the optimum conditions. I was also concerned to note your parcel was delivered to the wrong address and have informed our carriers.

Should you place another order with us we would hopefully be able to rectify both of the above.
