Slow, continual chasing

The service we recieved from curry’s was second to none

Service enegineer quicky found and fixed the defects however, I needed to subscibe for insurance to avoid call out charges even the product was purchased 2 weeks before the repair.

Sadly, the engineer that came out didn’t write down every time he’d replace the paddles therefore Hoover had no recollection of actually how many times they had already been done before passing onto...

Didn't really have contact with Hoover. Bought online.

Terrible service for 2 weeks. A faulty washing machine just exposed the poor Hoover service from the AI, staffing and the no show engineer.

Ignorant and unhelpful.

The engineer arrived when he said he would.

I only received service through my local electronics store which as usual was great.
