Pleasing car - as expected having previously had a Honda, but purchase system - though it eventually worked - seems more complex than in the past.
Purchase service more complex than previously when dealer did most of the work.
Extra on-line communication with Honda HQ necessary now - required lots of ploughing through information and forms and...

Very good but as I say with newer cars and EVs it could be worth an 1hr class so people could ask questions (and be aware of common problems/mistakes people make etc)
