Very easy to book online.
I wanted to swap the hotel for the holiday.... It was made so easy and the agent also booked my seats and the medical assistance in the same phone call.

I have limited mobility I need a guaranteed walk in shower or step over bath with safety grab rails.
It was extremely difficult to ascertain if the hotels had these facilities.
It is not a big ask...

Good comparison and filtering
Good prices and offers. Easy booking with the only issue being adding my address. It crashed when I added on lookup but manually I managed fine.
