Mrs Hyusein you had a conversation with our agent as the price of the package had gone up and you were told of the extra cost if you wanted the 5 nights. Instead of 5 nights you accepted 4 at the same price and the possibility of arranging a late check out. 4 nights were confirmed on your paperwork so you were aware before travel. Our agent called to discuss the solution before you agreed as this is our process and we are sorry if you did not fully understand the situation.

You will have seen from our website that it can take up to 72 hours to get all of the suppliers to confirm arrangements you select and we provide this information openly to customers so an informed decision may be made before committing.
