Hi there and thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback on your service, I am very sorry to hear that you found our shopping experience fairly poor, I can confirm that unfortunately our automated notification emails do have a tendency to be mis-filtered I'm afraid but we do issue confirmation, dispatch and inquiry email updates.
I can also confirm we do provide faster delivery options but I'm afraid they do have to be chosen when viewing the basket prior to checkout, we have an express, a Saturday and Premium courier (3 working days) delivery options available.
