Would suggest that the sales guys keep the customer updated with the progress of the car.....I had to ring 3/4 to find out the information...otherwise very good service.

All was great getting me sorted out with the new car, the agent responded in no time. Since then, I have written with 2 issues and as yet haven't had a resolution.
Kyle is always helpful and courteous. He replies quickly to any questions and was a pleasure to deal with for the whole process.
