Pineapple consultant was very rude just wanted to finalise the case without even making sure I get the same benefits i had with my previous insurance policy

The comparison Hippo did was good and speedy. But 48 hours later not one of the 4 insurance companies Hippo supplied got back to me, will they ever.
So the exercise was pointless.
