Very pleased with my BTE hearing aids.

After discussing various HI HealthInnovations hearing aids and their capabilities, I picked the BTE model that can be adjusted via your cell phone. Love the flexibility.

Hard to rate first time experience.

This was my first experience buying/using hearing aids. It would have been nice to experience try-before-you-buy in order to compare with other hearing aids. Having no other experience makes it hard...

Dissatisfied with customer service

I do like the new hearing aids I don't however like the customer service when you call in with an issue they read from a script I was asked to do three things which I had already done 20 minutes...

wish they were better

The price for my hearing aids was reasonable, but since I've never had hearing aids before, I have nothing to compare them too. I had hoped they would be better, but they help minimally.
