Booking was very confused - I very nearly lost the best holiday I've ever had. No reminders received for final payment. Luckily, Sykes were able to sort it out in time.

Sykes service not up to Helpful Holidays standards of old.
Service not a great as it was before take-over. Confusion over web-sites and some of our previous bookings are missing from our account.

We were disappointed to be honest. The property was lovely but the heating was an issue, hardly any hot water & it had just snowed so it was pretty cold there. Cleaning of the property wasn’t good...
