Total lack of concern over health and safety issues raised
Listen to the concerns of your customers . The property is not fit to be let due to H&S issues . Speak to your customers ref their concerns . An e nail is no way to deal with a complaint .

Good quality accommodation
Very helpful although don’t think as personal as before.
