Picked up ticket from collection point no problem and only 5 minute wait in queue - no need to purchase tickets for kids

Poor aftercare

Difficulty picking up tickets. First newsagent said not him and then second one said not him either (it was in fact the first one!). Couldn’t get through to the helpline every single time I called....

Bad

I had a problem with my flight and didn’t arrive to see the play. I tried several times contact them to change my tickets or reimburse, and they didn’t respond.

Thanks for taking the time off to leave us a review. I'm really sorry that was the case. However, it is clearly mentioned on the website that all Broadway and Off-Broadway show tickets are non-refundable. The theaters follow strict policy and we follow through with those policies in mind.
