I am sorry that the clasp does not seem to be safe enough for the earrings and that the replacements are exactly the same. I will raise this issue with our returns and design teams.
Our returns are free and the instructions are on the delivery note so you should not have to pay for sending anything back to us and I am really sorry that you did. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to follow up.
