Good afternoon,
Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase. We try to use a mixture of still life and model images online to best reflect the jewellery. I can see that you have already returned your order and it was refunded in full. My sincere apologies again for all the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards
Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase. We do try to use a mixture of still life and model images online to best reflect the Jewellery, unfortunately we did not have a model image available for this particular pendant. I can assure you that we are working on adding more images and also the measurements to the lines were these are missing. My sincere apologies again for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards
All of the items purchased were lovely but as the items were bought to give as gifts I would have liked to have received the gift packaging . I emailed Hot Diamonds but other than the holding email...
