Excellent service. Well packed. Lovely item. I love Hot Diamonds!

Absolutely great. Quick delivery and beautiful packaging

Excellent service. I ordered my necklace online and received it within a few days by Royal Mail. Cutting back on the amount of packaging would be good although I could recycle most of it as it was...

Beautiful jewellery as always. Delivery and packaging excellent. Love that it comes with the beautiful box, gift bag and even tissue paper to make the perfect gift.

This is the first time I've ordered from Hot Diamond and definitely won't be the last. Ordered present and received it four days later. Really impressed.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Quick and easy ordering and speedy delivery. Packaging is exceptional if you are buying item as a present for someone else.

The whole shopping experience was very smooth, from ordering to delivery to quality of the bracelet, couldn't fault anything

I loved the product but was totally shocked at how much package was sent with the items that could not be recycled - it would certainly make me think twice about ordering again. So 4 stars for item...

Pretty designs beautifully packaged
