Good afternoon,
Thank you for your review. All Hot Diamonds and Hot Diamonds x Golden Edit jewellery should come with a Hot Diamonds branded box and a gift bag. Saying that though, there was a time recently when we were out of stock of the small earring boxes and gift bags so the earrings would arrive with the bigger box we tend to use for bigger necklaces and wristwear, however it does also have slots for earrings in the pad. It is typically Emozioni pendants and coins that are packed inside the fabric pouch. If you are ever missing any packaging, please do contact us by emailing enquiries@hdgroup.com and we will have it sent to you free of charge.
