Easy to use website, good communication and item was delivered earlier than expected. Only disappointment was the miniscule size of the diamond. However my wife loved it!
Excellent customer service. Order was despatched promptly and beautifully packaged. There was no gift bag inside the box so I rang them and they said they would send one out. It’s a refreshing change...
Hot Diamonds jewellery is lovely quality. When I needed a special gift it was the obvious place to turn. Great website and service, quick delivery too.
