If you have a faulty product Good luck
You recalled a faulty product. I wasted money and time printing and packing it only for it not to be collected. After a week it's still sat soggy outside.

Devesated after hearing so many good things..
I made an order on the 31st August and it's still not here. I've sent them 3 emails and still not heard nothing. Horrendous. Absolutely horrendous. Where is my order?

It took a while to find the boots I wanted to re-order for a friend of mine as they didn't seem to show on the website, but when I did find them the order went through with no problem and delivery...

Closed website and left hanging.
Returned some items only for them to close their website and now I can't contact anyone about my return. Still have no refund after 2 weeks.
