Could have been excellent, as paid extra for Saturday delivery and arrive late outside time

Hi Abdul, I can see from the tracking information you contacted the courier directly and requested a Saturday delivery, I can also confirm they arrived after the agreed time of 5pm, unfortunately as this was agreed directly between you and Interlink I am unable to refund the Saturday delivery charge however I have contacted their Head Office who confirmed that if you speak to them directly they will refund you? Apologies for the inconvenience.
