Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We do indeed ask all learners to complete an evaluation at the end of their course, yes. This is followed a week later by an email inviting you to leave a review on Feefo. The second review is designed to be a little way apart from the original review to give learners time to reflect on their learnings and what they have consolidated or appreciated most from their course - it is entirely optional, so you didn't have to leave a review. You could also have opted out of the email that prompted this invite to leave a review - the instructions for how to do this are/were in the joining instructions email you received when you signed up to your course.
