We are very sorry that you had this experience on our Five-Day Productivity Blitz programme, there are 10 x15 minute sessions on this programme and we acknowledge that the trainer was late for 1 of them due to the train being delayed, we do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you, and disheartened you for completing the programme.
