Hi Linda, Sorry to hear the course was a bit difficult to follow on this occasion and that you felt a bit left behind - that's never our intention. Thankfully we run these sessions for your organisation quite frequently, so I've flagged your feedback to your booker, with the recommendation of attending the session again to fill in any gaps and solidify your learning (I think you'll be surprised by how much you will have picked up in your session, but as we want you to feel really confident using Office 365, I think that's the best way forward). Hi Sue, Thanks for flagging this issue and huge apologies for the lack of communication - our automated joining instructions emails sometimes get filtered into your junk/spam/other folder, and I can see that we sent you a set of joining instructions at 16:51 on January 19th for your course on February 23rd. The email hasn't been opened, so possibly this happened? (Your booker will have been made aware of the possibility of said filtering) That said though, having to issue a new link to you 15 minutes prior to the course beginning is less than ideal, absolutely. (Although as you say - definitely a blessing in disguise on this occasion!) We'll ensure to flag re: the possible filtering of the auto-generated comms next time you book with us and hopefully avoid this issue again. Thank you for your glowing feedback on the course though - I'm delighted you were able to enjoy the session regardless of the last-minute issues and that you got so much from it.
