Hi Michelle Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback about our courses. I'm really sorry you had such a bad experience, and that you were given the wrong information by our team about Mac users - and that your trainer lost patience with you (even if she apologised later - that's not the experience we'd want anyone to have with us). We will be clearer in our communications going forward so that Mac users know what to expect, and will be updating our website too. For Mac users we offer the same course but with a guide to the shortcuts and the different functions, and we let our trainers know in advance so they can brush up on this and are able to support everyone. Again, I'm really sorry that you had this experience with us and I believe one of my colleagues has been in touch to arrange some free 1-to-1 training with a trainer who uses a Mac and so is more familiar with this software.
