Hi, Thank you so much for your feedback on the content of the course. I have checked with your account manager and as you have suggested, we were not asked to customise the content to your team's requirements and just run the off-the-shelf material. We have contacted the booker at your organisation to ask if they would like to run a more customised follow on course. Hi, I’m so sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your session with us and that the session was aimed at a lower level than you needed. Our aim is that everyone goes away with new skills that they can use when they go back to work. We take all feedback seriously and use them to improve our offering.
