Great day - learnt a lot

Great customer service, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. There was a delay with our course starting, but they went out of their way to make up for it.

Facilities good but course content lacking - especially during the afternoo...

Facilities good but course content lacking - especially during the afternoon session. Tutor got mixed up with 2010 and 2013 versions.

I am very sorry to hear that the afternoon session didn't go as well as you were expecting.

We've fed back to the trainer on this occasion (who has taken your comments positively, and as a learning experience). Moreover, I believe you were invited back a second time - with a different trainer - and I do hope you had the learning experience you were expecting this time round. I'll be contacting you shortly to find out how it went.

Also - remember you have 2 years access to our IT helpline as part of your course. So if you need any MS Word Support - please do call or email one of our trainers.
