Hi Sandie, I'm very sorry to hear that on this occasion we did not live up to your expectations on this course and that some of the course content was not covered. I have emailed you to ask for more information, so we can follow this up with the course trainer and improve this course for future.

I would also like to offer you a free place on a future one-day course with us, either from our IT programme or our Management and Personal Development course programme. Alternatively, you could join us for a free 2 hour 1-to-1 session with one of our IT trainers to cover the material that was missed on this course, if you would find this beneficial.
