We always want all of our delegates to leave feeling both comfortable and confident with the new skills they've learned, so rectify this for you I am happy to offer you a couple of options: we can host you back here for a full day to go on this course again, or alternatively (& possibly more beneficial), we could host you for up to 2 hours in a one-on-one environment with one of our trainers to go through the specific applications you have mentioned. Naturally both of these options are with our compliments.

I have tried to call you to discuss this further but sadly I have not been successful with this. As such, I have emailed you instead, and I look forward to hearing back from you and how you would like to proceed.
