As discussed, we always want our learners to leave feeling fully confident and happy with the new knowledge and skills they have learned so I'm sorry to hear that we have let you down on this occasion.

As agreed, we will gladly welcome you back to Happy to have a couple of hours with a trainer in a 1-2-1 environment to go over any specific aspects of the course that you struggled with (with our compliments), and we have scheduled that in for Wednesday September 13th.
