Thank you for taking the time to leave such a review, I’m so sorry to hear you had a problem with your PC that resulted in you falling behind the class. Sounds like there has definitely been a breakdown in the usual level of service we offer.

To rectify this I would like to offer you the chance to come to this course again with our compliments. I have tried to call you to discuss when you would be able to do this but there was no response so I have emailed you to try and arrange this for you.

The course was very useful on the whole. It was a shame not everything we all wanted to cover could be fit into a one day session though I would certainly recommend to anyone who works with google...
