Great to hear that you find the team to be so warm, friendly and engaging - we definitely try to live and breathe the principles of the Happy Manifesto (the book our CEO Henry Stewart wrote and which our whole company culture is based upon) so it's great to hear that you see this in action when you come to us - thanks so much for the lovely feedback!
