I assumed that training in such courses were low income products for Happy.

The training started very late and it didn't cover the full material as per my colleagues who attended the same training a month before and 2 weeks before. We did not use the work book at all.

All the staff I spoke to were happy and helpful. Plus the way the day was structured I thought showed that they had thought about how to improve their customers' experience which I liked.
